Refund Policy

At Yuva Astro, we strive to provide the most accurate astrological guidance and a seamless user experience. However, we understand that there may be instances where you are not satisfied with our services. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.

1. GENERAL GUIDELINES

  • All refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the completion of the consultation or the occurrence of the issue.

  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method or as Yuva Astro Wallet Credits, at the sole discretion of the Company.

  • "Free" minutes or promotional credits are non-refundable and have no cash value.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following circumstances:

  • Technical Glitches: If a technical issue on our platform (server error, app crash) prevented the consultation from taking place or caused an immediate disconnection.

  • Astrologer Unavailability: If you booked a slot and the astrologer failed to show up or answer the call/chat.

  • Incomplete Service: If the call was disconnected prematurely due to network issues on the Astrologer's side and the remaining balance was still deducted.

  • Incorrect Language: If the astrologer is unable to communicate in the languages specified on their profile.

3. NON-REFUNDABLE SCENARIOS

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Accuracy of Predictions: Astrology is an interpretive science based on birth data. We do not guarantee the 100% accuracy of future predictions, and refunds will not be issued based on a lack of "prediction fulfillment."

  • User Network Issues: If the consultation failed due to a poor internet connection or hardware issues on the user's end.

  • Change of Mind: If you decide you no longer want the consultation after it has already started or been completed.

  • Inaccurate Data: If you provided an incorrect Date of Birth, Time, or Place of Birth, resulting in an incorrect chart.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Instant Consultations: Since "Chat/Call Now" connects you immediately, these cannot be cancelled once the connection is established.

  • Scheduled Appointments: If you have a scheduled slot, you may cancel up to 2 hours before the start time for a full refund to your wallet. Cancellations within 2 hours of the start time may incur a 50% cancellation fee.

5. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to the "Support" or "My Orders" section in the Yuva Astro App.

  2. Select the specific transaction you are disputing.

  3. Provide a brief description of the issue (e.g., "Call dropped after 1 minute," or "Astrologer was silent").

  4. Alternatively, email us at contactyuvaastro@gmail.com with your registered mobile number and Order ID.

6. PROCESSING TIME

Once a refund request is approved:

  • Wallet Refunds: Usually credited within 24-48 hours.

  • Bank/Card Refunds: May take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.
